Our Firm

Who We Are

RWR Investments is a family office-backed, multi-strategy investment firm based in Dallas, Texas. Our team has more than 40 years of collective experience in alternative investments across equity and credit markets. The firm invests and manages capital on behalf of and alongside family offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and select institutions.

What We Do

Our team sources, diligences, and manages investments in the public equity, private equity, and credit markets. RWR runs a highly selective, rigorous diligence process, and only allocates to our top ideas each year. We opportunistically invest capital through partnerships, co-investment vehicles, and separately managed accounts.

Our Difference

We provide exclusive access to interesting investments investors won’t find elsewhere. We have built long term relationships with the investment community across financial asset classes for decades. We always bet on ourselves and are the first to invest in any opportunity we bring to investors.

We chose the Texas Longhorn as a symbol of our firm because we believe it honors the legacy before us and the values we wish to preserve moving forward. As one of the few adapted American cattle breeds, the longhorn is not only patient and resilient but agile and clever.

Our Strategy

Investment Approach

Our goal is to compound capital for our investors in a tax efficient manner over a long time horizon. We invest as limited partners or general partners across asset classes in public equity, private equity, and credit. We focus on niche opportunities in the lower middle market where larger investors are constrained by size and investment mandate.

Investment Philosophy

Partnership is central to everything we do. We strive to add value in all our investments whether that means network or idea sharing, financing solutions, board representation, or simply staying out of the way. We firmly believe the best way to generate lasting wealth is through ownership of high quality companies that can compound cashflows over long periods of time.

Our Philanthropy

Philanthropy Approach

Each year the RWR Investments Charitable Fund seeks to give back to causes that are near and dear to its heart. The firm uses a similar approach in selecting its grants as it does for investments with the thought being that we want to partner with great people, with thoughtful processes, and a track record of execution.

Philanthropy Philosophy

The RWR Investments Charitable Fund seeks to help causes that promote Christian values, education, social justice, and environmental causes. The overarching belief is that it is incumbent upon all of us to leave the world a better place than we found it.
